We pack and ship all online orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide - unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within this time frame due to situation beyond our control.

If the product is no longer listed or shown as unavailable on our website, it has sold out for the time being. Has my order been shipped yet?

Orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Once your online order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email confirming the details of your order. Can I purchase gift voucher?

Gift Cards issued in Australian dollars are redeemable on our website. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers’ cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a Gift Card. The Gift Card expires two years from the date of issue (or date of purchase for E-Gift Cards). Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
