Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at "modistas.com.au". We know that you can’t wait to get hold of our exclusive Modistas collection. We pack and ship all online orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. If you order on the weekend or on an Australian holiday, we will ship your order the very next business day. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

Delivery Rates

All delivery and shipping charges are quoted in Australian dollars and are flat rate fees. All shipping options come with full parcel tracking.

Australia
Australian orders are shipped either:
·       Standard - Free (2-8 business days) or
·       Express for $15.00 (1-4 business days).

International
·      Standard - $30 (6-27 business days) 

Please note: Please be aware that customs or import duties may be charged. Modistas is not responsible for these charges and these charges will be payable by the customer. Custom policies vary from country to country and generally do not exceed 20% of the value of the goods. Modistas is not liable or responsible for any delays due to customs.  We do provide insurance if required, please contact our sales team for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. Modistas is not liable or responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.  Modistas reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid. 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide - unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within this time frame due to situation beyond our control.

Orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Once your online order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email confirming the details of your order. Please ensure to double check billing and shipping address when placing an order to avoid delays.
